Welcome to Woodlawn

A final word from our beautiful daughter ...

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne. Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won’t become weary and give up. After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin." -- Hebrews 12:1-4; NLT

Thank you for continuing to hold us up with your prayers. Now, we must all resume the struggle with our eyes fixed on Jesus!

Life Link Ministry

As Christians we are called to Live In Faith Everyday. Church is not just something we attend on Sunday morning; it is something we do every day of every week. The Christian life is also something we live out in a community of fellow-believers as we encourage, edify, and equip each other. The LIFE Link Ministry puts Christian life and Christian community together in the form of small groups that are linked together to form the Church. These small groups meet at different times and in different places throughout our city, affording ample opportunity for us to be connected in fellowship and service with other believers. New Links are constantly being formed, and their times, locations, and formats are posted here. Find LIFE and Get Linked!
